How You’ll Make An Impact
- Execute the projects to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality) and ensure business success.
- Review the onshore/offshore contract scope for the erection/commissioning/warranty.
- Build, grow and maintain strong customer relationship.
- Have to Interface with the Engineering & Resource Managers from Siemens Energy and the External Customers for the planning and executing of the erection/commissioning/warranty activities.
- Identify and coordinate the resource dispatch with our Back Office team for the engineers inbound to Indonesia.
- Attend the customer meetings to discuss the site issues related with SE and share the right information with the back-office teams.
- Hire a sub-contractor, supply & secure the resources on the plan to complete the outage activities, if required.
- Planning support will be provided for the outages occurring during the warranty period in Indonesia.
- Support the development of sub-contractor resources including establishment of Frame Agreements, collecting evaluation feedback
