About the role

Solar Philippines is seeking enthusiastic and driven Human Resources Interns to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. Based in our office in Makati City, Metro Manila, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and contribute to the growth and development of our company.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Providing administrative support for various HR processes and special projects
Participating in the planning and implementation of HR projects and employee engagement activities
Providing general HR support and contributing to a positive work environment

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be willing to work in Makati City and willing to do field work if needed
