Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Education Project Manager to join STEAM for Vietnam. In this role, you will drive the development of innovative, AI-native learning experiences and educational content for diverse learner groups, including students, teachers, healthcare professionals, and working professionals.

You will leverage AI tools to create high-quality educational content, design engaging learning journeys, establish scalable content development processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful educational programs. This is an opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered education and contribute to STEAM for Vietnam's mission of making world-class STEAM education accessible to millions of Vietnamese learners.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Experience Design: Define and develop AI-native learning experiences, setting high standards for educational quality, engagement, and effectiveness.
Educational Program Development: Design learning journeys, curricula, and educational content across AI readiness, STEAM, and STEM for diverse target audiences.
AI-Powered Content Creation: Create high-quality educational content using AI tools to improve content development speed, quality, and efficiency.
Process Development and Quality Assurance: Build standardized templates, workflows, and quality control processes to ensure consistency and scalability in educational content production.
Volunteer Management and Development: Recruit, guide, mentor, and support volunteer content creators, helping them strengthen their capabilities and maintain long-term engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Programs and Product teams to deliver educational content effectively, expand learner reach, and maximize program impact.
Continuous Improvement: Explore new AI tools and approaches to continuously improve learning experiences, content quality, and development processes.

Profile

Qualifications and Requirements

Approximately 2+ years of experience in educational content development, curriculum design, instructional design, or related fields in STEAM, STEM, AI, or EdTech.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant educational content, curriculum development, or learning design experience.
Strong passion for education, solid understanding of technology, and creative thinking with excellent content development skills.
A strong AI-native mindset, with the ability and enthusiasm to use AI tools to create, improve, and scale educational content.
Proficiency in using AI tools to develop accurate, up-to-date educational materials and guide technical collaborators when needed.
A good understanding of learning principles and the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Currently based in Hanoi, Vietnam, and available to work on-site at our office (required).
Good English proficiency is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Experience developing educational content for K-12 learners and familiarity with Vietnam's general education curriculum.
Experience in multimedia production, video content creation, or gamified learning experiences.
Experience leading volunteers or managing a small team.
Background in STEAM education, maker education, or EdTech.
An established network in education, curriculum development, or teacher training.
