
Job Description
- Build a strong understanding of each learner’s individual learning and working profile, and support them to grow in confidence, independence, life skills, and readiness for the future
- Design and deliver learning and work experience sessions in line with the Steps approach, ensuring learning outcomes are clear, accessible, engaging, and relevant to trainees’ real lives and future pathways
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to plan sessions, create accessible resources, provide appropriate support and accommodations, and set meaningful individual goals with and for learners
