Job Responsibilities:

Supervise Trainee well-being and residence operations (structure, discipline, hygiene, and supplies), including Houseparent and Childcare staff.
Conduct quarterly Trainee 1:1
Manage Training Center operations’ scheduling, logistics, and hygiene/sanitation standards.
Coordinate the Recreation and Life Skills program, including guest speakers/instructors, scheduling, teaching materials, and evaluations.
Complete other administrative and organizational assignments, reports, and support organizing new initiatives, activities, and events.

Profile

Qualifications:

College or University Degree.
4 years of relevant professional experience in education or NGOs.
Demonstrated ability for detail-oriented focus.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software.
