Job Description: Head of Operations (Banyuwangi)

Lead and supervise multiple station managers, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across all locations. Implement best practices for environmental management and sustainability initiatives.
Foster a collaborative team environment by providing guidance, support, and training to station managers. Encourage professional development and team cohesion to drive performance.
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with Sungai Watch’s mission. Monitor progress and adapt plans as necessary to meet organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners. Promote Sungai Watch’s initiatives and drive community participation in environmental efforts.
Utilize data-driven approaches to assess the effectiveness of operations. Prepare reports and present findings to senior management, making recommendations for improvements.

Profile

Job Requirements

Must be proficient in English
Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics operations, with a demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize daily operational workflows.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring to drive operational efficiency.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Genuine commitment to environmental conservation and sustainability, aligning with Sungai Watch’s mission and values.
Willing to be based in Banyuwangi (East Java)
