The Field Service Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality customer support through field services, including product commissioning, maintenance, repair and training, and providing training for regional service engineers and service partners. This is a permanent full-time position.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide field services in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repair.
- Build a service system, train and empower service providers, formulate a service provider assessment management system, conduct service pricing, and control service costs
- Provide remote support to customers via phone and email
- Ensure that field services meet work health and safety requirements
- Plan and coordinate tasks and liaise with other departments of the company to complete tasks in a timely manner
