The Field Service Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality customer support through field services, including product commissioning, maintenance, repair and training, and providing training for regional service engineers and service partners. This is a permanent full-time position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide field services in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Build a service system, train and empower service providers, formulate a service provider assessment management system, conduct service pricing, and control service costs
  • Provide remote support to customers via phone and email
  • Ensure that field services meet work health and safety requirements
  • Plan and coordinate tasks and liaise with other departments of the company to complete tasks in a timely manner
Profile

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Excellent and professional customer service skills
  • Ability to travel regularly in the Asia-Pacific region (mainly Southeast Asia)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Teamwork spirit and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, excellent follow-up skills, attention to detail
  • Responsible for work and customers
  • Skills and experience are preferred:
  • Experience in technical support or customer service in the solar photovoltaic industry
  • Hands-on ability, spare parts and warehouse management
