The core responsibility of this role is to provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth delivery of training courses.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to
Training Operations
• Plan and coordinate required resources and logistics to support training programmes and day-to-day operations, including but not limited to trainers, administrative documents, refreshments, courseware and certificates.
• Timely uploading and submission of trainee’s course result, training grants and tracking of
controlled documents in accordance with relevant authorities like SSG.
• Maintain training documentation records via TMS and other databases.
• Liaison with external program partners for administrative matters including application of PDU points
Learner Engagement
• Handle enquiries and communicating with learners to ensure smooth delivery of courses and learner’s satisfaction
• Assist with marketing and outreach programme, including events, seminars and career
roadshows aimed at elevating the reputation of the academy and boosting enrolment.
• Update training course details on website and other platforms.
• Support any other SEAS activities or events.
Quality Management
• Source, negotiate, monitor and feedback on the performance of outsourcing partners and
vendors, ensuring compliance to specifications and service standards.
• Maintain and track various items under the training quality management system
• Assist management with preparation for audits and other regulatory requirements by Accreditation Bodies.
Revenue Management
• Invoicing and credit note customers according to the standard operation lead times
• Monitoring and following up of invoices collection
• Posting of receipts in a timely manner
