
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for 10 passionate and driven Community Ambassadors across Asia to champion the SustainAgility movement in their local regions. As an Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of SustainAgility in your geography evangelising our core values, building local communities, organising events, and driving membership growth.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven movement at the intersection of sustainability and agility, connect with like-minded leaders across Asia, and make a tangible impact on how organisations and individuals approach sustainable transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Evangelism & Thought Leadership
• Actively promote SustainAgility’s core values, principles and SustainAgility Index within your professional and personal networks
• Represent SustainAgility at industry conferences, webinars, panel discussions, and podcasts
• Author blog posts, articles, and social media content that amplify the SustainAgility message
• Share thought leadership on LinkedIn and other professional platforms to build visibility
2. Community Building & Engagement
• Organise and host local community meetups, roundtables, and networking sessions (in-person and virtual)
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative community environment that embodies the spirit of SustainAgility
• Act as a bridge between local community members and the broader SustainAgility network
• Engage with universities, academic institutions, and student groups to introduce SustainAgility concepts
3. Events & Programming
• Plan and execute quarterly community events such as workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Support the annual SustainAgility Conference and regional satellite events
• Identify and coordinate with local speakers, panellists, and subject-matter experts
• Collaborate with fellow Ambassadors across Asia for joint programming and cross-regional initiatives
4. Membership Growth & Outreach
• Drive membership acquisition within your region through targeted outreach and referral campaigns
• Onboard new community members and ensure a warm, welcoming experience
• Track and report on community growth metrics and engagement levels
• Identify strategic partnerships with local organisations, industry bodies, and sustainability groups
