Job Description
- Coordinate with grower to ensure land preparation in time as plan, support field layout, planting control with labor, followed Supervisor advice.
- Prepare field equipment for planting, plant cultivation, harvesting and maintenances.
- Field cultural practice to reach corn growth standard, managing irrigation, weeding, fertilizer, fungicide, insecticide until finished projects.
- Ensure conduct planting of Parent Test, MPT, PP and Process Research follow standard plot and experimental design.
- Follow up procedure as assignment for process research study.
- Pollen collecting in SPR trials to support pollen testing.
- Data collecting cover to all SPR traits description accuracy with protocol.
- Weekly report updates crop growth stages.
- Provide accuracy raw data in time, completed Field Book keep as confidential.
- Ensure all action compliance with HSE and FLA.
