➔ Description of the mission

Scope of Work:

Leading the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality Management System (QMS)
Lead HSE and QA/QC team, and also cross-functional teams to improve operations, including incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective plans.
Coordinate internal and external audits of the HSE and QMS
Conduct training and development activities related to the HSE and QMS
Leading risk assessment and identify potential hazards and implement controls to reduce risk.
Establish and maintain company HSE and QA/QC standards, including related procedures and documents.
Reporting to BOD

➔ Profile

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety / Environmental Engineer/ Electrical Engineering
Having General Safety Expert / AK3U KEMNAKER RI Certification
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE
Minimum 3 year in EPC / Construction
Minimum 3 year in junior management / supervisory position
Having knowledge about HSE law and regulations.
Fluent in English
Excellent in communication skills and presentation.
Able to work in team and individual.

Plus Point if you :

Have AK3 Electrical and TKBT2 Certification
Have ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

Preferred trait:

Agile
Good communication, planning and time management skills
Able to work under minimum supervision and proactive
Well organized and systematic
