The Executive must be able to lead and build synergy as one Centre for Health Activation team member – be a positive, proactive and responsible team player and collaborate closely with teams within CHA.
Your Main Responsibilities Include, But Not Restricted, To
- Support the strategic projects and initiatives pertaining to building and sustaining new and existing community partnerships to health drive activation efforts in the Central and Northern regions of Singapore. Develop and implement a conducive framework and environment for individuals to take charge of their own health and to care for the health of others in the community.
- Support the development and implementation of a sustainable training and research roadmap, community engagement framework and toolkit that would help enhance and elevate the branding and reputation of the Centre for Health Activation and the two coordinating centres of Centre for Healthcare Innovation. This includes an account servicing role, presentation of proposals for the approval of Senior Management and other relevant meeting platforms and ensure the timely completion of all projects and reporting of outcomes.
- Build and sustain community partnerships in the areas of training volunteers and co-creating a community of practice in driving community activation and building a community of carers. Create the means, framework, platform and environment for residents living in Central and Northern regions to take charge of their own health and to go beyond self-care to serving the wider community.
- Build a vibrant network of health and social care volunteers by bringing together volunteers and partners from different organisations to network, share experiences and best practices and exchange ideas and bond with one another. This diversity allows CHA to have fresh perspectives for better decision making, risk management and a more robust corporate governance.
- Build diverse communities of activated volunteers with shared interests. Ideas garnered from learning platforms could go towards research or to improve the framework in developing and sustaining a pipeline of committed and trained volunteers.
- Identify and leverage potential funding programmes and partners as seed funding for implementation of pilot training programmes under the auspice of CHA.
- Establish governance and volunteer management framework to ensure that community programmes adhere to organisational values and volunteers are continuously engaged and sustained for practice in a safe and conducive environment.
- Execute large scale community based-events within set budgets, standard operating protocols, funding mechanisms and pre-defined timelines.
- Provide secretariat support at divisional and department level meetings within CHI and CHA and give timely reporting of key performance indicators.
