Tarumanagara Foundation is looking for a Recruitment Staff to join our Human Resources team. If you have experience in recruitment, enjoy working with people, and are eager to contribute to building a strong workforce, we'd love to hear from you!
What Will You Do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
- Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct CV screening, initial candidate assessments, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct HR interviews and prepare interview evaluation reports.
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and monitor recruitment progress reports.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events as needed.
