RESPONSIBILITIES
Employer Branding (70%):
- Develop and execute employer branding campaigns
- Manage social media channels, career websites, and recruitment marketing efforts to showcase the company culture and values
- Build a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external agencies, universities, and recruitment platforms
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding activities, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in attracting talent
- Coach & develop TA & EB team
Talent Acquisition (30%):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead the recruitment process for all levels of roles, from job requisition to onboarding
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience through every touchpoint in the recruitment process
