RESPONSIBILITIES

Employer Branding (70%):

  • Develop and execute employer branding campaigns
  • Manage social media channels, career websites, and recruitment marketing efforts to showcase the company culture and values
  • Build a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external agencies, universities, and recruitment platforms
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding activities, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay current on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in attracting talent
  • Coach & develop TA & EB team

Talent Acquisition (30%):

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead the recruitment process for all levels of roles, from job requisition to onboarding
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience through every touchpoint in the recruitment process
Profile

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with a strong background in EB/Branding/Marketing/Communications.
  • Have experience in event organizing, creating and managing content on social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms)
  • Proficiency with Social media platforms (Focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Ads)
  • Skills: Organization, Logical thinking, time management, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Attitude: Fast-Adapt, Resilient, Can-do attitude, Teamwork.
