Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Officer based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The HR & Admin Officer will handle key responsibilities including human resources management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, the role will include administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the organization's daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and ensuring compliance
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in administrative support and office management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant experience working in a similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
