We design world-class ocean waste prevention, collection and recycling solutions in regions suffering from heavily polluted waterways. Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team at TerraCycle Foundation. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales and fundraising initiatives by providing administrative assistance, managing donor relations, and helping to streamline processes that enhance our outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for environmental conservation.

Primary Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Support Executive Director with sales and fundraising, including managing their schedule and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, contributions, and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Aid with government relations to secure permits, permissions, and support for our project

Donor and Client Relations

  • Assist in the preparation of donor proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Research and evaluate grants, sponsorship, and donor opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors, sponsors, and partners by responding to inquiries and providing relevant information about TerraCycle Foundation's initiatives

Data Management and Reporting

  • Analyze and compile sales and fundraising data to prepare regular reports on outreach efforts and performance metrics
  • Track and update fundraising timelines, budgets, and key milestones

Writing and Marketing

  • Assist in developing marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and event collateral aimed at attracting new donors and sponsors
  • Prepare grant application and update sales decks

Event Coordination Assistance

  • Support the organization of fundraising events, including logistics, donor engagement, and volunteer coordination
  • Help manage registrations, follow-ups, and post-event activities, including thank-you communications

Requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or non-profit fundraising (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in Thai is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
