Key Responsibilities
- Cash Flow Management
- Oversee cash flow and support the CFO in maintaining Terratai's financial stability by managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Date Entry Transaction and Reconciliation
- Oversee daily transactions, accurately input data into accounting software, reconcile bank statements and related transactions
- Ensure accurate record keeping and supporting documentation adhering to internal and external policies and procedures
- General Accounting Tax and Reporting
- Manage financial reports staff expenses, financial policies and compliance related with investor/donor requirements
- Assist the CFO with planning analysis, budgeting and forecasting Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities on financial audits and tax compliances
- Provide financial management support to Terratai's ventures if needed
- Human Resources and Support
- Support new hire onboarding, including financial offers, contracts, and benefit arrangements.
- Maintain the payroll system. Manage employee benefits and records and ensure internal policies comply with stakeholder's requirements
