Your Mission & Responsibilities ahead of you!

As our Swap Experience Coordinator, you are a key driver within the retail store to support supply, sales & client services at The Fashion Pulpit shop.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional client (swapper and non-swapper) experiences and establish loyalty within the community.
  • Supervise the shop and maintain its cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Educate clients on The Fashion Pulpit’s mission and business structure.
  • Drive sales through the engagement of clients, suggestive selling, and sharing service/product knowledge. T
  • Take part in analyzing store performance, and identify what actions are required to achieve business objectives.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Event Coordination, Community Engagement, and Workshop Facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of Sustainable Fashion Practices and Circular Economy principles
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, Innovation, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Organizational skills and Attention to Detail
  • Passion for Sustainability and Ethical Fashion
  • Experience in Fashion Retail or Event Management is a plus
  • Degree in Fashion Design, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or related field

This is a full-time role based out of our 298 Jalan Besar 04-00 Allenby House Singapore shop. This position is on 5 working days (includes alternate weekends).

You're highly adaptable to change in a “start-up” environment and passionate about fashion, swapping, and sustainability.
