We are looking for an organised and proactive Senior Executive to join the Medical Affairs team. Reporting to the Function Head, you will support key healthcare programmes, events, and research activities. In this role, you will help coordinate flagship conferences, manage continuing education initiatives, provide secretariat support to committees, and ensure smooth collaboration with healthcare partners and stakeholders. You will also track programme outcomes, oversee research administration, and contribute to quality improvement efforts, all while driving impactful initiatives that enhance kidney care and professional development. Your responsibilities are as follows:
1. Flagship Conferences & Events
2. Healthcare Programmes & Stakeholder Coordination
3. Research Administration & Quality Improvement
4. Continuing Education & Professional Development
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, events/project coordination, or committee/secretariat support.
Prior exposure to research administration or healthcare programme management is an advantage.
