
About the Team and Role
The team designs and implements impact programmes to help the differently-abled students to be more job-ready. We do this by adopting an ecosystem approach where we invite leading corporate partners to join us in our endeavour. Through many batches, our graduates have achieved great outcomes in securing employment in some yearned after MNCs.
By joining this team, you will get first hand experience in engaging and assisting students with special educational needs with their transformation journey. In return, you will also get to be at the forefront of the industry development.
The Day-to-Day activities
· Help organise Community Projects & Community Events that support the skills development of PWDs. This will include planning, execution, logistical support as well as administrative support
· Be a buddy to the Special Education Needs participants during the Programme
· Help in sending out communications to SEN participants on WhatsApp/Telegram Channels,
· Assist in collating and creating simple content for Social Media Channels and Websites
· Conducting primary and secondary research and documenting learnings and know-how in strategies to work with differently abled in the workplace
· Manage Database and tracking progress of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) & Partners
· Creating reports and analyses of the outcomes of the Programme
· Provide administrative support to the team's operations, e.g. notetaking for meetings
