Human Resources:
- Manage end to end recruitment including job posting, screening and onboarding
- Assist in employee benefit
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage and updating contracts for freelance and internship
- Manager and updating contracts for vendor/third party
- Taking minutes at staff meeting
General Affairs:
- Supervise office assistant, including facility management and asset control.
- Monitoring and managing office supplies and other works equipment for employees
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Handling all necessary permits and licences for the foundation.
- Identify process improvements and implement operational efficiencies.
- Responsible for managing, inventorying, and maintaining all office assets (physical/property) to optimize their value and utilization. Key responsibilities include periodic inspections, asset transfers, document management, asset disposal, and systematic reporting.
