Description of the mission

We’re Hiring: Programmatic Lead

The Tropical Disease Foundation, Inc. (TDFI) is looking for a Programmatic Lead to oversee the Programmatic Management program of PeerLINC, focused on implementing new TB treatments in beneficiary countries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, update, and delivery of training programs, materials, and tools on Programmatic Management and Clinical implementation of TB treatments (starting with BPaLM/BPaL)

· Mentor and guide beneficiary countries to implement new TB treatments scientifically and according to current global & national recommendations

· Conduct country needs assessments and coordinate with counterparts and stakeholders in the Philippines

· Serve as a technical resource and leader within the PeerLINC team

Profile

Qualifications:

· Doctor of Medicine

· Experience in TB program management, clinical program implementation, or public health

· Strong training, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills

· Knowledge of global and national TB treatment guidelines

· Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
