Description of the mission

  • To gather information on tree species, size, health, and growth rates, conduct routine tree surveys.
  • Tree Health: Observations are made to assess the overall health of the trees, including the presence of pests, diseases, or signs of stress.
  • Growth Rate: The height, diameter, and canopy size of each tree are measured to assess their growth rate. This helps determine if the trees are thriving or facing challenges.
  • Mortality: The number of trees that have died since the last survey is recorded. This information is crucial for understanding the success of the reforestation effort.
  • Assist with the analysis of census data to determine the project's overall health and progress.
  • Create and keep thorough records and reports on census results.
