🚨 WE'RE HIRING · Growth Executive at UMAMI 🚨

UMAMI is Cambodia's first food rescue app. We partner with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and bakeries in Phnom Penh to turn end-of-day surplus into a new revenue stream through discounted "Surprise Bags" instead of letting good food go to waste.

Backed by the CNAI Accelerator and growing fast, we're looking for a Growth Executive to help us scale by onboarding new merchant partners AND coordinating our marketing efforts across Phnom Penh.

🎯 What you'll do

Sales & Merchant Growth (primary focus)

Prospect and onboard new merchant partners (restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels)
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to activation
Build long-term partner relationships and drive merchant success post-signature
Report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets

Marketing Coordination

Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives with our team and partners
Support content creation, event activations, and influencer collaborations
Help drive UMAMI's brand presence across social media and offline channels
Contribute ideas to accelerate user acquisition and retention

Cross-Functional

Work directly with the founding team (co-founders + product + tech)
Contribute to strategy discussions and market insights
Represent UMAMI at industry events, partner meetings, and networking opportunities

Profile

🧠 We're looking for

Must-have

✅ 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, F&B, or partnerships

✅ Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken)

✅ Based in Phnom Penh, full-time on-site

✅ Hungry, autonomous, execution-focused mindset

✅ Strong communication skills and comfort with client-facing work

Nice-to-have

✨ Experience in startups, tech, or high-growth environments

✨ Prior work with F&B, hospitality, or delivery platforms

✨ Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Telegram Business)

✨ Interest in impact, sustainability, or food systems
