Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth initiatives. Additionally, the role includes conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Profile

Qualifications

Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of market trends
Experience with client relationship management and customer engagement
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the renewable energy sector or sustainability initiatives is a plus
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding business development targets
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficient in using CRM software and other business tools
