Our company, V-Green Global Charging Stations Development, aims to invest in a robust charging infrastructure that prioritizes supporting VinFast vehicles and advancing Vietnam's leadership in electric vehicle charging stations.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Partnership Development Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling EV charging solutions, driving business development, and expanding our customer base. This role requires a combination of direct sales experience, strong product knowledge in EV charging infrastructure, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients, including corporate, governmental, and residential customers. The Partnership Development Executive will work closely with the Partnership Development Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s expansion in the EV charging market.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients in target industries such as automotive, real estate, government, and retail.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored EV charging solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for expanding the company’s EV charging station footprint in key - markets.
  • Identify and target key industry sectors, including automotive, real estate, retail, hospitality, and transportation, to drive growth in EV charging installations.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers at large corporations, government entities, and other high-potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and marketing) to align sales strategies and deliver customized solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Updates:
  • Provide regular updates on project status and site acquisition efforts to the senior team.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations as needed for internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.

Relevant Experience:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy, EV charging, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially in the technology, energy, or utilities sector, is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of sales success, especially in business development and managing high-value accounts. Familiarity with the EV industry, EV charging solutions, and infrastructure is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
