Description of the mission

Job Overview:

A once-in-a-decade infrastructure moment. You will be one of three people shaping how a nationwide piece of public-facing infrastructure actually gets delivered. You will negotiate directly with provincial leadership, sit at the table when program strategy is set, and carry the schedule for 25–35 sites in your region. The mandate is clear: deliver, on time, at the standard the program defines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The full development lifecycle in your region — site sourcing, land negotiation, legal pathway, design coordination, construction handover.
  • Provincial relationships across departments and district / commune-level authorities.
  • Cross-functional orchestration with internal design, engineering, energy, finance, and legal teams.
  • Rolling-wave delivery of 25–35 sites in parallel, on a hard schedule

Profile

Job requirements

  • 8–10 years building large infrastructure — renewable energy, BOT transport, roadside services, or industrial real estate. You have personally taken assets from greenfield to operating.
  • Technical fluency to read and challenge MEP, structural, and water engineering documents on substance.
  • Government acumen — you have negotiated with provincial leadership and understand how the land-use legal pathway works in practice.
  • Multi-stakeholder fluency: you have orchestrated three or more partner organisations within a single project. Conglomerate background a strong plus.
  • Decisive temperament: you make calls under uncertainty and own the outcome.
