Duties and Responsibilities
Asset Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) strategies to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of our photovoltaic systems across Vietnam, and other markets.
- Conduct regular assessments and inspections to identify maintenance needs, potential risks, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Organize, set up and collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for photovoltaic system performance.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports to provide insights into system efficiency, energy production, and maintenance requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address performance issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with the monitoring platform integrator to implement the platform and coordinate with construction team to set up the platform for each project.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management.
Project Management of Asset Revamping
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for revamping existing photovoltaic assets, focusing on enhancing overall system performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of revamping initiatives, including equipment upgrades and technology enhancements.
- Minimize disruption to ongoing operations by implementing strategic project management approaches during the asset revamping process.
Design Support
- Collaborate with the design teams during the planning and design phase of new photovoltaic projects.
- Provide technical expertise to support the development of efficient and innovative solar energy systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for proposed designs, offering recommendations for optimization and compliance with industry standards.
