Role Description

Wildlife Alliance is seeking a full-time IT Specialist to join our on-site team in Phnom Penh. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing network infrastructure, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering IT support to staff. Additionally, the role includes maintaining system performance, implementing technology upgrades, and training team members to utilize IT resources effectively.

Profile

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
  • Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
  • Customer Service abilities and capacity to communicate technical solutions clearly
  • Experience in implementing and managing IT systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse working environments
  • Experience working in conservation or with non-profits is an advantage
