Provide technical support to staff on IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting;
Have knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other email-related tools.
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, software applications.
Purchase IT-related equipment for staff.
Configure and set up Outlook email for staff.
Support and design graphics for video using Adobe Audition, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other tools.
Assist in design artwork (posters, banners, ID cards, etc.).
Maintain the website and all WMC social media platforms;
Assist in taking photos/videos at WMC’s events

Bachelor degree in computer science, MIS or related filed.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in related field.
Understanding and being interested in new technologies.
Must be of Cambodian nationality with a native language in Khmer and at least 18 years old.
Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer.
Dependable and accountable in work.
Be creative and strive for self-improvement.
