General Internship Roles

The Green Mobility Research Intern will be supporting WRI Indonesia Bali Transportation Decarbonization team by providing assistance on various initiative, including research on financing solutions, research on green mobility research for transportation decarbonization, and policy analysis. Activity includes desk research, carrying out interviews with key stakeholders, analyzing mobility data, and assisting the production of project reports and presentations.

Furthermore, the intern will actively involve in the development, implementation, and engagement process of the Bali Transportation Decarbonization Initiative, through participation in stakeholder engagement activities, and assisting in the development of event materials as necessary for these activities.

Reporting directly to the Bali Transport Decarbonization Project Lead, this position will be based in Bali with office-flex working arrangement. ➔ Profile

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in transportation, civil engineering, urban planning, economics, or any other related field.
  • Studies, interest or experience working on transportation, green mobility, environment, and low carbon technology issues is preferred.
  • Experience conducting research and data analysis using various tools.
  • Highly motivated, strong can-do attitude, proactive work style and excellent organizational skills and work-ethic.
  • Ability and willingness to work from Bali, Indonesia.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to other provinces/cities in Indonesia if assigned
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
  • Legally able to take internship in Indonesia
