Major Responsibility

  • Maintain and update the People & Culture internal knowledge sharing platforms including publishing internal monthly newsletter & holiday posters, and managing P&C email account for internal communication purposes.
  • Support the administrative process of KPI Planning, Training Need Analysis & Certificate database.
  • Support the employee engagement activities, such as internal sharing session, Independence Day, and WWF-Indonesia Anniversary.
  • Attend meetings and record minutes as required.
  • Interacts and works closely and on a regular basis coordinating with P&C Team and all other supporting team/s (if needed)
  • Performs other related duties as needed to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the team.
Profile

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Fresh graduate/ pursuing a graduate program in Psychology and HR Management. Those studying outside these areas are still highly encouraged to apply.
  • Have exposures and experience in Human Resources, content creation (writing & design).
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, Canva, and other tools/applications is a must.
  • Fluency in English is preferable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, Organized and self-motivated
  • A Self-starter, able to work remotely, and independent
  • Proactive, able to take initiative, and work collaboratively as a team member
