Salary Range: 20-25k

Education requirement: Graduate of any 4 year Accounting or Finance degree

Work experience: 1-2 years Accounting and Administrative job

Work schedule: Must report 7am-4pm in the office address stated below

Profile

The position’s responsibilities are a combination of Accounting, Finance, and Administrative work, such as the ff but are not limited to:

  • Recording financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in the company’s accounting system (Netsuite).
  • Managing employee expense claims, verifying expenses, and ensuring compliance with expense policies.
  • Handling internal and external communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.
  • Help maintain communication and relationships with our Corporate Bank Accounts.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, documents, and other records to keep it updated and also for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in the review of Clients accounting status
  • Assist in due diligence
  • Assist in setting up Accounting Software
  • Assist in review the business process flow and recommend improvements
