Role & Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial and industrial customers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise clients.
  • Lead customer meetings, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Achieve sales and deployment targets.

2. Partner Success & Project Management:

  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are carried out effectively.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams to achieve project goals.

3. Business Enablement:

  • Develop and refine a B2B sales toolkit to empower outsource channel partners.
  • Create, adjust necessary materials and adapt critical resources to support the B2B sales process.
  • CRM post-sale customer care to ensure regular rental payments and referrals of new clients

Profile

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience.
  • Strong track record in closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
  • Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial, real estate or enterprise solutions is a plus.
