
Job Summary
This position will be responsible to manage and grow high-value donor portfolios by overseeing the full donor lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to securing pledges and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with corporate donors, foundations, GLCs and others.
Job Description
Prospecting & Lead Qualification
- Identify high-value potential donors (RM100,000 and above).
- Build a strong pipeline of corporate and strategic prospects.
Donor Engagement & Proposal Development
- Conduct meetings with CSR, HR, foundation decision-makers and C-suite.
- Develop tailored partnership proposals and value-driven pitches.
- Address donor needs and negotiate pledge structures.
Closing & Documentation
- Secure single-year and multi-year pledges.
- Coordinate internal due diligence, approvals and agreement processes.
Relationship Management & Stewardship
- Maintain ongoing communication with key donors.
- Provide periodic updates, impact reports and post-donation stewardship.
Renewal & Growth Strategy
- Plan annual renewal discussions with existing donors.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term partnership growth.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Lead or other departments, as needed.
