Job Descriptions
• Design and execute effective fundraising strategies to meet annual financial targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and institutional partners.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns and events to drive support and increase awareness.
• Draft and submit grant applications and proposals aligned with the foundation’s mission and priorities.
• Develop engaging content for fundraising materials, including social media posts.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations in all fundraising activities.
• Provide detailed updates and reports to the management team on fundraising performance and progress.
• Participate in other programs at the foundation as needed.
Opportunity
We are looking for a Fundraising Officer with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in fundraising, sales, partnership development, or marketing — preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, and institutional partners.
• Creative thinking with the ability to design, develop, and present engaging fundraising campaigns to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
• Strong familiarity with grant writing, proposal development, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple fundraising pipelines simultaneously.
