Roles and Responsibilities:

Campaigns Management

Conceptualise, plan and implement Zero Waste SG campaigns/ programmes/ projects e.g.

  • Public education campaigns
  • Other bilateral collaborations with corporates/ supporters/ volunteers/ donors
  • Direct outreach (conducting talks, workshops, engagements)

· Coordinate multiple campaign activities within a given period of time, accordance with campaign deliverables.

· Formulate reports based on outcomes of the campaigns

· Work closely with colleagues and their strengths to ensure campaign success and impact

Stakeholder management

  • Liaise with various stakeholders as part of ZWSG’s Campaigns
  • Build and nurture partnerships (internal and external) to ensure sustainability of programmes/ campaigns/fundraisers
  • Run large-audience talks and public roadshows

Content Creation

  • Draft and edit campaign collaterals, media releases and social media content
  • Manage the social media calendar for each campaign
  • Formulate, research and design narratives to bring across key messages of the campaign tasked

These roles and responsibilities should foremost be grounded by a sound understanding of environmental issues especially in ZWSG’s mission and focus areas.

Profile

Requirements

  • Based in Singapore (hybrid)
  • Passionate and interested in environmental sustainability issues and a self-starter who keeps up with current developments in this area
  • Proven track record in managing long-term projects/ campaigns/ programmes, especially in the social sector
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills required.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presentations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, as well as toggle between both
  • Strong time management skills and able to manage multiple duties while adapting in a fast pace environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Events management, Communications, or related field.
