The Position
The Field Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Area Manager in achieving sales targets and increasing market share in the assigned territory. This position will work closely with the sales team and distributors to ensure a smooth sales process and optimal customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Area Manager in developing and executing sales strategies in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and gather data on customers and competitors.
- Identify and reach out to new prospects.
- Conduct product and service presentations to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
- Track and analyze sales data.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to sales.
