Description of the mission

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients across targeted industries.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Cold-calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.

2. Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and partnership development plans.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

3. Sales Execution

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Customize proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions within company guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and payment collection.
  • Track sales activities in CRM and prepare accurate weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Provide insights to management on market opportunities and customer feedback.

Profile

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in Thailand. Experience in F&B, agriculture, groceries, hospitality, or retail is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good presentation skills and confidence in interacting with decision-makers.
  • Thai fluency required; English speaking ability preferred, Chinese speaking is an advantage.
