Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Build, maintain, and optimize detailed financial models for solar, hybrid, and embedded generation projects.
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis (LCOE, IRR, NPV, payback, tariff modeling).
- Apply AI-powered tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
- Transaction Support
- Support debt and equity fundraising, including preparation of investment memos, IC papers, and lender presentations.
- Assist in due diligence processes with lenders, investors, and advisors.
- AI & Digital Applications
- Deploy AI agents to streamline financial reporting, automate repetitive analysis, and extract insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with the data/tech team to develop AI-driven dashboards for management and investor reporting.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into project valuation, market intelligence, and risk management.
- Strategic Planning
- Evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities across ASEAN markets.
- Provide insights into market trends, regulations, and competitive positioning.
- Corporate Finance & Reporting
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support preparation of board materials, management reporting, and financial KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with project development, engineering, and commercial teams to align financial assumptions with technical and contractual realities.
- Assist management in structuring innovative solutions (e.g., VPPAs, blended finance, carbon credits, and I-REC strategies).
