Role Overview:
As a Program Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end management of the program. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets including participant recruitment, trainer/mentor coordination, workshop/bootcamp facilitation, report generation, stakeholder engagement, and vendor sourcing. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in new media to enhance program visibility and engagement. Your commitment to youth empowerment and community-driven initiatives will be instrumental in realizing the program's objectives.
