Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities across sectors (commercial, industrial, healthcare, data centres, etc.) for consultancy services such as Green Mark certification, energy audits, retrofitting studies, or project management.
- Generate qualified leads through research, networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Maintain and update a strong sales pipeline in coordination with internal consultants and directors.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with developers, building owners, facilities managers, architects, and government-linked entities.
- Understand client pain points and requirements to offer relevant consultancy services aligned with regulatory needs (e.g. BCA, EMA, NEA).
- Act as the liaison between client and consultancy teams to ensure smooth communication and project onboarding.
- Coordinate and prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for sustainability, M&E advisory, or technical due diligence services.
- Assist technical teams by gathering client requirements and aligning proposals with market expectations and government grant schemes (e.g. Green Mark Incentives, EEG).
- Support pricing strategy and commercial negotiations under direction from senior management.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to track industry developments, green regulations, and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights to management for service positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
- Monitor upcoming public and private sector tenders or RFPs relevant to the firm’s consultancy services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach campaigns, presentations, case studies, and social media content.
- Represent the firm at networking events, green conferences (e.g., IGBC), and industry exhibitions.
- Promote company achievements and project milestones to strengthen brand presence.
