What you will do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Operation Support. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.

Before class:

  • Create classes based on the schedule
  • Work closely with stakeholder and teachers
  • Train the teachers to use Cakap platforms

During class:

  • Stream/mirror the class if the tutor using non Cakap platform
  • Become a chat admin: welcome message, respond participants chat (comments/complaints), respond to unwanted behavior from the participants and closing message
  • Make sure classes running smoothly

After class:

  • Create classes reports
  • Handling Escalation Issue from B2C
  • Listing and Uploading Upskill Video Collection

Requirements and specifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Management, Communication or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English,
  • Proficient knowledge of time management, and standard office practices and procedures,
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Strong people skills and excellent phone etiquette,
  • Outstanding organizational skills,
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Familiar with OBS
