Opportunity to work across ASEAN and India

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team on a contractor basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various marketing communications projects in ASEAN & India, ensuring timely execution and alignment with our strategic goals.

This position is perfect for someone with a degree in marketing or communications, or someone with relevant experience in an assistant role. Fresh graduates with a passion for marketing are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of marketing communications projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough research and editing on various marketing materials.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Support the team in content creation, graphic design, and management of content across various platforms.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and communications to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing updates to management as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or relevant experience in a similar assistant role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Having related work experience in Marketing Communications or Marketing or Public Communication/Relations field will be advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong editing and research skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to challenges and solve problems.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken in both Chinese and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
