Opportunity to work across ASEAN and India

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team on a contractor basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various marketing communications projects in ASEAN & India, ensuring timely execution and alignment with our strategic goals.

This position is perfect for someone with a degree in marketing or communications, or someone with relevant experience in an assistant role. Fresh graduates with a passion for marketing are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination of marketing communications projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Conduct thorough research and editing on various marketing materials.
Maintain project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met.
Support the team in content creation, graphic design, and management of content across various platforms.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and communications to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and report on project progress, providing updates to management as needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or relevant experience in a similar assistant role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Having related work experience in Marketing Communications or Marketing or Public Communication/Relations field will be advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong editing and research skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to challenges and solve problems.
Familiarity with design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus.
Good command of written and spoken in both Chinese and English.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
