Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of BESS solutions across Vietnam.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy and utility sectors, with a focus on large-scale BESS projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, IPPs (Independent Power Producers), developers, and government agencies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Market Expansion & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the regional team to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.
- Develop market entry strategies for new regions within Vietnam, considering local regulations and market conditions.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and project delivery.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and improvement.
Project Support:
- Work closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of BESS projects.
- Support the commercial and technical aspects of project bidding and contract negotiations.
