EnergyLab works to support the growth and acceleration of clean energy in Cambodia. In meeting this mission, next generation development is an essential component to ensuring a just energy transition.

The Clean Energy Fellowship is a six-month program designed to train and facilitate Cambodia’s emerging workforce to be active and knowledgeable clean energy ambassadors for Cambodia.

The Fellowship is conceptualized as a series of interactive and problem-based learning modules, intended to build fellows clean energy ecosystem knowledge, critical thinking, and analytical capacity. These modules will be co-delivered in partnership with the fellowship publishing editor.

In addition to building knowledge and capacity, the 2024 fellowship cohort will be preparing Clean Energy Policy Briefs for publication at the close of the program. Accordingly, course materials will be delivered in a sequential manner that builds confidence and engagement towards their deadline submission.

The 2024 fellowship is the 4th program cohort and is expected to contain 20 to 25 fellows representing government, private sector, development, and civil society.
