Job Description
To achieve our desired fundraising outcomes and strengthen donor care, the candidate will be responsible for growing our fundraising efforts through donor engagement, corporate partnerships, fundraising events and campaigns. The candidate will also initiate meaningful touchpoints with strategic partners and generate leads for collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Understand Focus’ core programmes and services to provide timely and accurate reports of impact measurement and outcomes to donors and partners.
- Work with Lead, Relations and Partnerships to plan, forecast and manage overall Relations budget.
- Manage, develop and organise fundraising initiatives and events to achieve fundraising goals.
- Initiate, build and manage relationships with strategic constituent donors and partners.
- Formulate, lead and direct donor care strategy to build and raise donors and partners for sustained collaboration.
- Project, forecast and develop growth potentials for fundraising and partnership campaigns.
- Source for and pursue grant applications, manage approved grants and funds in collaboration with other departments to build financial stability.
- Undertake and other projects and activities as directed by Lead, Relations and Partnerships.
