Forum for the Future is a leading international sustainability organisation running out of offices in the UK, US, India and Singapore.
Salary: SGD: $56,000 - $61,000 per annum pro rata
Hours: Full time job 37.5 hours per week excluding lunch breaks
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and pro-active Team Administrator to provide effective administrative and communications-related support to the Forum for the Future SE Asia team in the delivery and communications of their work to achieve the organisation’s mission in accelerating the transformation to a just and regenerative future.
The role will involve being responsible for a range of general office support including purchasing, managing supplies and working with vendors, as well as being responsible for maintaining a healthy, safe and ambient office environment.
It also involves administrative tasks relating to management of organisational systems and databases, support for human resources activities, assisting with budgets, supporting team members with logistics related to travel and workshops and, executive assistance to the Managing Director and the Associate Director SE Asia, such as diary management.
Additionally, the role will provide support with some communications and outreach activities such as event planning and execution.
This role will report to the Associate Director, SE Asia and directly support colleagues mainly based in the Singapore office, as well as in other parts of the region, where necessary. Collaboration will also be required with the international offices and so flexible working across different time zones will be a part of the role.
To succeed in this role you will have to be forward thinking, resourceful and possess an adaptable approach to work. You have the ability to balance the urgent and important, have excellent organisational skills, and the ability to cultivate and manage relationships effectively and with empathy. You will be a great collaborator and communicator but know when to be discreet. You will be effective at matrixed ways of working, and skilled at using digital platforms, exploring their use for greater impact.
