This position will be based in Metro Manila, Philippines. Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the country without sponsorship. The work arrangement for this position is hybrid, and flex-time schedule.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support corporate partnerships managed out of HFHI HQ and other regional offices. This includes coordination and collaboration with AP country offices and other AP departments to ensure that appropriate protocols are observed in communicating funding opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating partnership terms, finalizing and adhering to donor agreements, and reporting project impact.
  • Steward corporate partnerships managed directly by the AP Area Office, which involves effective management of the full donor cycle –from donor engagement and proposal development to donor reporting and reengagement.
  • Coordinate and liaise with AP Communications and AP Operations and key stakeholders to build strong corporate partnerships across Asia Pacific.
  • Serve as AP Resource Development Lead for all Low-income Countries in AP (Bangladesh, Cambodia, Fiji, Nepal, and Vietnam). Preserve donor knowledge by documenting donor interactions through the International Knowledge Centre (IKC) and other donor tracking tools.

Education

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Years Of Related Experience

  • 3 years of corporate fundraising in the Asia-Pacific region

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record or successful fundraising in an environment of similar complexity
  • Good customer/client service skills
  • Collaborative and efficient working style
  • Detail and process-oriented with good Excel skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
